45 To Go! New Math Update

You can't request more than 20 challenges without solving them. Your previous challenges were flushed.
Jerome Wiley Segovia, a superdelegate from Virginia and DNC member, endorsed Obama for President today.

Segovia noted that he shares the "valuable international experience" of spending part of his early years overseas. Segovia also pointed out that Obama had shattered all previous campaign fundraising records, and supports alternative sources of energy to help the energy crisis.

Will he clinch it Tuesday night?

It will be interesting to see if enough superdelegates commit today and tomorrow so that Obama can make it over the top with his delegate counts from SD and MT. OK, it's not an original idea, I borrowed it from someone on MSNBC, but I still think it would be kinda neat for him to do that. Kevin M

Obama Tuesday?

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for this idea.  I agree, it will be interesting to see if this happens.  While many superdelegates say they're waiting to Wednesday out of respect for Clinton, to let her finish with her primary speech, the question is: what's a superdelegate's vote worth after the total is already reached?  I hope, and believe, Obama will make the total needed tonight and we'll wake up knowing Obama's our nominee.
